It is time once again for the annual membership meeting. This year’s annual meeting will be held at the Bayard Community Center in Bayard New Mexico on March 23, 2010 at 6:00 P.M.

Get involved with YOUR credit union! Attend the annual meeting and learn how your credit union serves you. Meet the Board of Directors and Credit Union staff.

Candidates for the Board of Directors will be making their presentations during the Candidates Forum. You, the membership, will then elect the Board of Directors for 2010. Any member of the Credit Union who is in good standing may run for the Board.

The Board will present the financial position of the credit union. They will provide the Statement of Financial Condition and Statement of Income to all attendees.

There will also be an open forum where the membership will be able to address the Board of Directors.
