Financial Education Programs For You:

Financial Literacy Classes These 20 hour classes are instructor lead. We will focus several elements of financial literacy, including setting goals, creating a budget, managing your accounts, investments. Classes are free, and will start the first week of February, 2010. Enrollment is limited to 10 students per class. Call 575 388-2511 extension 23 for details. Confidential Financial Counseling Chino Federal Credit Union members can receive free, confidential counseling from certified financial counselors. The Balance Financial Fitness program will assist credit union members to improve their financial standing. Balance is an excellent option for someone who is considering bankruptcy. Debt in Focus Debt-in-Focus is a free and anonymous debt management tool. With this tool, members are able to get a better understanding of their financial position and recommendations to improve their position. Visit Debt-In-Focus's web site. IDA Accounts Individual Development Accounts (IDA's) is a program for people who are committed to improving their economic status. IDA's assist eligible participants to save money to attend school, start a business, or buy a home.
