Access Your Accounts Online

To Access Your Accounts Online, you will need to provide:

Your Account Number.
Your PIN number. Your initial PIN number is assigned by Chino Federal. You will be required to change it the first time you log in .
Three Security Questions - You will be required to select and answer three security questions. Your answers are case sensitive (i.e. "Mothers Name" is a different answer from "mothers name" ).
Confidence Word - Enter a phrase such as your spouse's name. This information is displayed when you first log in to Accounts Online
With this information you will be able to log on to your account.
