On April 1st, we upgraded our Online Account system and Audio Response system. This page provides answers to many of the questions that we are hearing from members.
Correct web site address to access your accounts online
Please make sure that you are going to www.chinofcu.org to access your accounts online.
Logging on to your account online for the first time
You will need your account number. Your initial password is the last 4 numbers of the primary account holder's social security number. You will need to change your password when you first login. You will then be guided through the steps to complete access to your account.
You will need to enter your current email address. If you have an email address on file with us, use this email address. Otherwise, enter please enter a valid email address. This information is required as part of your account set up process.
Set a Confidence Word
Enter a word, such as your name, pet name or other word that you would expect to see when you log on to your account. The Confidence Word is displayed when you log on to your account. This is to insure that the web site you are accessing is correct.
Challenge and Response Questions
This information is required to help verify your identity. Please provide answers to three questions. If you access your accounts from your personal computer, you should not be asked these questions again. However, if you access you accounts from another computer, or a computer that is available for public use, you will be asked these three questions when you log on to your account.
Balances before April 1st, 2009
Your account transactions before April 1st are currently not available online. Our conversion team is working on this and will provide an update by Wednesday regarding the
availability of account history prior to April 1st.
