Rising consumer debt, ever-increasing numbers of bankruptcy filings, and growing numbers of predatory financial services have resulted in a greater need for comprehensive education and counseling from a trusted resource.

With the significant number of lay-offs in Grant County and the rest of the country, Chino Federal is excited to offer this financial fitness training to our members to our members for free. San Francisco-based BALANCE provides financial education and counseling programs to partnering credit unions nationwide. Services include money management and housing counseling, a debt repayment plan, credit report review, and a toll-free information line - all free to our credit union members.

Credit Union members are encouraged to call BALANCE and speak to a certified financial counselor to become financially fit.
