This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Chino Federal Credit Union website. On some pages, you can make requests, and register to receive materials. When making online requests or registering to receive materials we will ask you for personal information that includes:

We do not allow members to sign up for online access to their accounts through the Internet. Members who require online access to their accounts must request this service in person. We will never send you email asking you for your account number or other personal information such as your date of birth or social security number.

We use the information you provide about yourself for internal purposes only. We do not share this information with outside parties except as required by law.

We will use your email addresses to answer the email we receive from you. If you are a member of Chino Federal Credit Union, we may email to you occasional announcements about our products, services or other credit union related news and information.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive or discontinue the Chino Federal e-News, a periodic newsletter with information on our products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for any purpose unrelated to Chino Federal Credit Union.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by visiting any branch office. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by providing us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
